Online Menü

The paper menustops being a printing job.

QR on the table. Phone scans, menu opens, in the language the customer reads.

Price went up? You change one number, the whole place sees it in seconds. New dish? Type it, take a photo, publish. No more "we're out of the printed allergen sheet, let me check".

Phone showing menu beside a QR code on a table

Tuesday morning

Beef price went up 18%, the menu's at the printer, the new sheet arrives Friday.

Until Friday you're losing margin on every steak. Customers see the old price, you can't refuse the order. The printer can't squeeze you in until the weekend. Same week: a Turkish family comes in, they don't read English, the waiter is improvising. A German tourist asks about gluten — the printed allergen sheet was lost two months ago. Every week, the same loop.

How it looks

Two phones, two languages, same menu.

Customer scans the QR on the table, picks the language, sees prices in € and items in their own words. Allergens on the card. Photos that match what comes out of the kitchen.

Three steps

From "send me your menu" to "QR on the table" — usually under a week.

  1. Send your menu — any format

PDF, photo, Wolt link, Instagram, scribble on a napkin. AI reads it, splits it into categories and items, fills in price and description. Two minutes, not two days.

  2. Check it, fix what's off

AI got most of it; you fix the ones it missed. Add allergens, swap photos, adjust the order. Languages translate themselves — review the ones that matter.

  3. Stick the QR on the tables

We send the printed QR stickers — one per table, one for the counter, one for the door. Customer scans, menu opens, no app to download.

What it does

Five things you'd ask for anyway, already in the package.

QR per table, printed and shipped

Anchor package ships with 50 QR table stickers. Need more? Order a refill. Tracking which QR brought how many orders is in the dashboard.

No app, no download

Customer scans, browser opens, menu loads. Works on any phone made in the last decade. No App Store, no Play Store, no "please install".

22 languages, translated for you

You write in your language; the menu auto-translates into 22. Cyrillic, Latin, RTL — all there. The customer's phone tells the menu which language to show.

Allergens, vegan, gluten — visible before you order

EU 1169 — the 14 mandatory allergens — sit on every card with an icon. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free filters at the top. The customer with the allergy isn't asking the waiter to "go check".

Your own domain, your own logo

menu.yourplace.com instead of a generic platform link. Logo, colours, photos — your place's feel, not ours. Standard from Ada onwards; available as add-on for the anchor.

Better together

Online Menu walks alone. With the kiosk and the kitchen screen, it's a different operation.

Anchor package is one number: customers see the menu. Add a kiosk — they order without a cashier. Add a kitchen screen — orders land where they're cooked. Add inventory — the system tells you when the beef is running out. One menu, one source of truth, however far you take it.

Where to find it

Online Menu is in every package. It is the anchor.

The five we hear most

About the QR, the menu, the domain.

Who prints and ships the QR codes? Do I pay for them?
We do. Anchor package ships with 50 printed QR table stickers — included in the 19 €/month. Need more or a fresh design? Order from the dashboard, 15 € per pack of 50.
Do I enter all the products myself?
No. Send us a photo of your printed menu, your Wolt link, your Instagram story. AI builds the menu, you check it. We're on the call if you get stuck.
Can I use my own domain — menu.myplace.com?
Yes. Anchor package ships with a duxa.menu/yourname URL — works out of the box. Custom domain is standard from Ada onwards; for the anchor and Deniz it's a one-time setup of 49 €.
22 languages — does that mean someone translates 200 dishes 22 times?
No. You write in your language; AI translates into all 22. Review the ones that matter to you (English, German, French for Luxembourg; English, German, Russian for Montenegro). The rest run on AI translation — good enough for tourists, marked as auto-translated.
How do allergens work for a dish with 20 ingredients?
AI reads the ingredient list and flags the EU 1169 allergens — 14 of them, the ones that matter. You tick what's right, the icon shows up on the menu card. Customer with the gluten allergy filters at the top and sees only what they can eat.
