These numbers reflect average European market pricing. Your case may differ — if you source hardware cheaply or have your own repair contact, classic can come out cheaper. Duxa's real value isn't in the math; it's in hardware that doesn't fail mid-season and the human who picks up when you call.

Honesty

What's not in these packages.

Let's be clear — Duxa doesn't solve everything. Here's what we don't do:

  • Fiscal cash register integration

    Duxa is not fiscal software. Tax devices aren't our domain — you keep working with your existing fiscal system, order data lands in your stack.

  • Table reservations

    No reservation module, not on the roadmap. Tools like OpenTable or TheFork handle this better than we ever would.

  • Loyalty program varies by package

    Online Menu and Deniz have no loyalty. Ada has basic loyalty (points + rewards). Ata has the full loyalty engine (segmentation, campaigns, push).

Seasonal coastal restaurants

Only open during the season?

If a year-round subscription doesn't fit, we have a seasonal rental option. Full hardware + software for May–September, hardware returned at season's end.

Pricing and contracts.

Is annual billing mandatory?
No. You can pick monthly or yearly. Paying yearly up front knocks €50–150 off the monthly equivalent; a small discount, the contract term stays the same.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices on this page exclude VAT. The VAT rate of your country is added to the invoice. Luxembourg 17%, Montenegro 21%, Bosnia 17% — we confirm before contract signing.
Can the setup fee be paid in installments?
Yes. The one-time fee can be split into up to 3 interest-free monthly installments. We accept card, bank transfer and cash.
Can I change my package later?
Yes. Upgrading (Deniz → Ada → Ata) is possible any time during the contract; extra hardware arrives, the price difference is prorated against remaining months. Downgrades happen at contract end.
Who owns the hardware?
During the contract, the hardware belongs to Duxa. You hold the right to use it. If something breaks, a replacement arrives at no extra cost. At contract end, Duxa collects the hardware or offers a buyout option (at market value).
I have multiple branches — how do I scale?
You can take a separate package per branch — for example HQ on Ata, the coastal branch on Deniz. For chains of 5+ locations we put an enterprise offer together: blended pricing, central management panel, shared support line.
Can I invoice this to my company?
Yes. Personal and company invoices, with VAT number validation for Luxembourg, Montenegro, Bosnia and any EU country. Each invoice includes a GDPR note and hardware serial numbers.
