Our story

Born in a seaside restaurant.

May 2023. Kotor seafront. The season started at the fast food I had just opened.

Saturday, 9 p.m. — twelve in the queue. The waiter got lost between Russian and German. The kitchen prepared the wrong order. At the till I apologised every minute.

That night I went home. I made up my mind: I will write this system myself.

Frequently asked.

Is the hardware really included?
Yes. The kiosk, till screen, kitchen display, waiter and courier terminals are all included in the package price. During the contract the hardware belongs to Duxa and you have the right to use it. If it breaks, a replacement arrives at no extra cost.
How long is the contract?
Deniz is 24 months; Ada and Ata are 36 months. Early termination is possible — in the first 12 months it is 70% of the remaining payments, then on a declining scale.
Does it work outside Montenegro and Luxembourg?
Our software runs anywhere in the world. Hardware packages currently cover Luxembourg + a 300 km radius (Germany, France, Belgium, the Netherlands) and Montenegro + Bosnia. Get in touch for other regions.
Is it compatible with my existing till?
Duxa provides its own till system. You can also keep your existing till and use Duxa's online menu and kiosk modules alongside it — we can help.
What happens to the hardware if I cancel?
The hardware belongs to Duxa and is returned at the end of the contract or on cancellation. You only have the right to use it — which is why you avoid a large upfront hardware investment.
